Pazhassi Dam Iritty

The mean annual rainfall within the catchment is 3,622 millimeters (142.6 in). the closest towns to the dam site are Mattanur and Iritty.

Kannur Pazhassi Dam is well–connected by the nearby cities. One can easily reach this place either from the Kannur railroad station (37 km from the place) or from Calicut international airport (139 km far away from the dam).
